How to Get to Chankanaab National Park

If you’re coming from Cancun or the Riviera Maya, head to Playa del Carmen. From the federal pier, take the ferry to Cozumel. Ferries operate almost every hour throughout the day, but we recommend checking schedules and prices with your hotel’s concierge for accurate information. Currently, Xcaret Xailing offers departures every 30 minutes for added convenience.

If you’re arriving by cruise ship or staying in Cozumel, simply take a taxi and let the driver know you’re heading to Chankanaab National Park. After your activities, you’ll find a taxi stand right at the park’s exit. For those driving, the park has a parking area available. Everything is set for you to enjoy your visit!
